SunShift Gateway Is not connecting to the network.

LTE Network:

If your unit is connected to an LTE network, the Link light will be solid on.

1. Check that the Antenna is fastened securely.
   
2. Confirm the antenna is fastened to the correct side by matching the label on the antenna with the label on the back of the SunShift device.
   
3. Ensure that top of the antenna is pointed up at the roof.
   
4. Move the unit to a different room to see if any network can be established before moving the unit back to the installation location.

Wi-Fi Network:

If your unit is connected to a Wi-Fi network, the Link light will flicker very quickly.

1. Check that your router is operational and providing a stable Wi-Fi signal.
   
2. Ensure the SunShift device is within the router's signal range.
   
3. Restart both your router and the SunShift device.
   
4. If the problem persists, try connecting to another network.
