SunShift Gateway is not powering on.

If your SunShift device is not powering on, first check the power supply and ensure it’s properly connected. Verify that the power outlet is functional.

If the device still doesn’t power on, inspect the power cable and adapter for any visible damage. If everything appears intact, try using a different outlet.

If the problem persists, contact SunShift support at support@xemote.co.za or call/WhatsApp 012 665 1122 for further assistance.
